Danielle Phillips

Danielle is our Team Leader and Account Manager, specializing in Commercial Lines Insurance. 

Born in Munster, Indiana, and raised in Highland, Danielle is married to Matthew Phillips and has two kids: Dahlia, a 10-year-old fashionista, and 7-year-old Wyatt, who thinks he’s a dinosaur. Their home is filled with pets, including a Chihuahua named Pixie, three cats, fish, turtles, and an axolotl!

A lover of soccer and art, Danielle can’t sit still long enough to just watch sports—she's all about participation. Her first job was as a bike shop mechanic, but she’s also spent nearly 20 years volunteering to blow up balloons for Easter Bunny breakfasts (thanks, Mom!). When it comes to indulgences, she can’t resist cheese and wine, though driving on the expressway is her greatest fear.

The best place she’s traveled to? Alaska—its beauty, wildlife, and rich history left her in awe. She describes Brown Insurance Group as the "Best Place to Work" and values her work-life balance, always keeping family time a priority. If she won the lottery, she'd build a deck on her house, and if she had a superpower, it would be invisibility—perfect for sneaking some quiet time!
